How do yearly refunds work?＋
Refunds are pro‑rata for remaining full months only: refund = total paid × (remaining full months / 12). Months already started are non‑refundable. Upon refund, future months stop; already‑granted monthly credits remain in your account.
When do credits expire?＋
Monthly: credits expire at the next billing date plus 24 hours. Yearly: credits are granted monthly and each month’s credits expire at that month’s end plus 24 hours. Credits are consumed FIFO and expired credits are forfeited.
Are failed generations charged?＋
No. Failed generations are not charged.
What license do I get?＋
